At Mindful Massage, your appointment time is reserved just for you. These policies are in place to help protect that time and ensure every client receives the focused, high-quality care they deserve.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve an appointment.

Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your massage and is not an additional fee.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

With 24+ hours’ notice

Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment within 30 days.

Less than 24 hours’ notice

Your 50% deposit will be forfeited.

If late cancellations happen repeatedly, I may require full payment in advance for future appointments.

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not contact me, the appointment is considered a no-show.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price, including the remaining balance after your deposit.

Future appointments may require full payment at the time of booking.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and arriving late does not extend the scheduled session.

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so the next client can be seen on time. The full scheduled service price remains due.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment may be considered a no-show.

If you’re running behind, please reach out. Communication is always appreciated and helps me support you as best as I can.

If you need to change your appointment, please use the online booking system when possible or contact me directly.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

New clients are asked to complete an intake form before their first appointment.

Please provide accurate and complete information about your health, including medications, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, and any other conditions that may be relevant to your massage session.

If anything changes before your appointment, please let me know so I can best support your care.

To help maintain a calm and focused environment, I kindly ask that you make arrangements for children and additional guests whenever possible.

If a minor is receiving massage, a parent or legal guardian must be present or sign consent before treatment.

Occasionally, unexpected circumstances may require me to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If this happens, I will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find a new time that works. If I am unable to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be refunded.

Massage therapy is provided based on professional judgment and your individual needs.

I reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when I believe it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.

Sexual or inappropriate behavior is not tolerated. Any inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate ending of the session and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
